| ABSTRACT : The bill grants monetary incentive for individuals who voluntarily furnish information which may lead to the arrest of a fugitive or wanted criminal. It provides the government with an effective weapon to ferret, subdue and destroy racketeers and carpetbaggers. Cash benefits received by government-informers shall be exempt from taxes. | |
