| ABSTRACT : Requires every district and local engineering district to set up a QRS Center or office which shall be adequately staffed and equipped to enable the citizens to get immediate relief from various infrastructure problems, such as repair of pot-holed streets, open manholes, clogged drainage and leaning or falling structures that pose danger to lives and properties. |
