ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to allocate one-half (1/2) of ten percent (10%) of the barangay general fund to existing public elementary and high schools in the barangay for their maintenance such as repair of leaking roofs, clogged toilets, sewerage systems, pathwalks, electrical and water systems, repainting of walls due to vandalism, purchase of electric bulbs, electic fans, etc.
