ABSTRACT : Although the collection of contributions from school children of public primary and intermediate schools is prohibited under RA 4206, fund-raising activities remain the whole year round. The bill seeks to regulate the sale of tickets and collection of contributions and/or solicitation in any form from teachers and students in elementary and secondary public schools. It proposes that fund-raising activities be undertaken by the parents-teachers association instead.
