ABSTRACT : Public school teachers are among the most underpaid workers in our society. Considering that teachers are the prime movers in the education system, the government should give priority to their interest and welfare. This measure seeks to upgrade the salary level of public school teachers in the elementary and secondary schools from Grade 10 to Grade 20. | |

Abstract
Public school teachers are among the most underpaid workers in our society.
