ABSTRACT : The bill penalizes the owner/operator of a public utility vehicle (PUV) violating the out-of-line operation by revoking his Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) issued by the LTFRB while the CPC of a PUV owner/operator found guilty of colorum operations shall be confiscated. It also provides that any person guilty of tampering with the license plate, official receipt and certificate of registration of PUVs shall be fined PhP50,000.00. | |

Abstract
The bill penalizes the owner/operator of a public utility vehicle (PUV) violating the out-of-line operation by revoking his Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) issued by the LTFRB while the CPC of a PUV owner/operator found guilty of colorum operations shall be confiscated. It also provides that any person guilty of tampering with the license plate, official receipt and certificate of registration of PUVs shall be fined PhP50,000.00.
