| ABSTRACT : The proposed measure seeks to upgrade the salary grade (SG) level of public school teachers from SG 10 to SG 19 for a corresponding increase of almost PhP6,000 in their basic monthly salaries. With the increase in salaries, more qualified and competent educators will be attracted to teach in public schools. |

Abstract
