ABSTRACT : To deter gambling operations, the bill seeks to impose stiffer penalties to maintainers, financiers, employees and protectors of illegal gambling. The proposed penalties shall range from prision correccional in its maximum period to prision mayor in its maximum period and fines ranging from PhP50,00 to PhP500,000. |

Abstract
To deter gambling operations, the bill seeks to impose stiffer penalties to maintainers, financiers, employees and protectors of illegal gambling.
