ABSTRACT : The measure seeks to further amend RA 910 with the end in view of upgrading the retirement, disability and survivorship benefits of the prosecutors, state counsels, special prosecutors and graft investigators, and public attorneys and place them on equal footing with the members of the Judiciary. The enactment of the bill is expected to result in a more efficient and effective administration of justice in the country. |
