| ABSTRACT : The bill proposes to increase the minimum honoraria, allowances and other emoluments prescribed under Section 393 of the Local Government Code from Php1,000.00 to PhP5,000.00 per month for the punong barangay and from PhP600.00 to PhP4,000.00 per month for each SB member, treasurer and secretary. |

Abstract
