"Barangay School Building Act of 2010." Mandates the Department of Education (DepEd), in coordination with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the Department of Budget Management (DBM) to formulate a guideline of requirements and to structure a timetable to ensure that every barangay in the country will have its school building by the end of 2013.
