| SHORT TITLE : Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2004 | |
| ABSTRACT : "Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2004." To fully tap the potentials of youth empowerment, the existing organizational structure of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) needs to be strengthened and reformed. The bill calls on the sangguniang barangay to appropriate the SK fund in lump sum and grants the SK fiscal autonomy on its operations as to disbursements and encashment of their income and expenses. | |

Abstract
"Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2004." To fully tap the potentials of youth empowerment, the existing organizational structure of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) needs to be strengthened and reformed.
