| ABSTRACT : The measure calls for the creation of the Bangsamoro Development Authority (BDA) to implement the socio-economic development plans and programs for the Bangsamoro areas and communities. The BDA shall perform planning, monitoring and coordinative functions and exercise regulatory and supervisory authority over the delivery of socio-economic services in the Mindanao region. |

Abstract
