ABSTRACT : The bill mandates the Department of Transportation and Communications, in coordination with the Philippine Air Force Aviation Security Command, to implement a program wherein qualified pilots of passenger aircrafts would be deputized as enforcement officers and authorized to carry firearms to defend the aircraft from air piracy and hijacking. |
