| ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to create a NATIONAL PARKS AND MINI-PARKS DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE which shall tap any or all government agencies, corporations and instrumentaliti es, non-governmenta l organizations (NGOs), peoples organizations (POs), the Governor'sLeague of the Philippines, Mayor's League of the Philippines and the Barangay Association of the Philippines as local communities to provide resources and assistance in the implementation of this Act. | |

Abstract
