The measure seeks to classify "fake drugs" as dangerous drugs punishable under RA 6425 (Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972). It also seeks to classify its importation, sale, administration, dispensation, delivery and distribution as a heinous crime punishable by death.

The measure seeks to classify "fake drugs" as dangerous drugs punishable under RA 6425 (Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972). It also seeks to classify its importation, sale, administration, dispensation, delivery and distribution as a heinous crime punishable by death.'
