ABSTRACT : An early retirement age for our police officers is recommended to: a) give him longer time for his family; and b) provide the next-in-line police officers the opportunity to assume higher ranks. To attain these objectives, the bill seeks to reduce the compulsory retirement age for police officers and non-officers from 56 years old to 54 years old. |
