ABSTRACT : Because of the voluminous number of subscribers, consumers of the wireless communications industry have been experiencing poor interconnection, delayed messages and network clogging. The bill seeks to prohibit telecommunication companies from selling to the public pre-paid and post-paid subscription plans that will result to consumer use exceeding the peak-load carrying capacities of such companies. |
