SHORT TITLE : Honorable Dismissal of Government Employees Act of 2003 |
ABSTRACT : "Honorable Dismissal of Government Employees Act of 2003." This bill seeks to grant government officials, who shall retire from public service, retirements benefits provided he/she has no pending criminal, civil or administrative case. It also provides that all retiring government officials must be subjected to a clearance system for purposes of accountability. |

Abstract
