| ABSTRACT : The World Trade Organization (WTO), the final forum for international trade disputes, has a set of detailed and complex rules and regulations. A thorough review and study of the dynamics of the game within the WTO is called for. The bill proposes the creation of a WTO Affairs Strategy Office under the Office of the President to formulate a set of policies to be adopted by the government concerning WTO matters and affairs and its rules on engagement. |

Abstract
