ABSTRACT : At present, the school opening, which starts on the first week of June, falls within the rainy and typhoon season. The bill proposes to change the school opening and the beginning of classes to the first Monday of September each year. This will make our school opening consistent with the rest of the world and avoid the difficulties experienced by school children during the rainy season. | |

Abstract
