| ABSTRACT : "Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) Prevention, Control and Treatment Act of 2004." The proposed bill seeks to institute policies and measures to control, prevent and treat SARS through an information and education campaign, the establishment of a SARS Isolation Center and Airport Quarantine Area and the creation of a Philippine National SARS Council. It also seeks the establishment of a comprehensive SARS monitoring program or "Bantay SARS". |
