| ABSTRACT : "Department of Fisheries and Oceans Act". This bill seeks to carve a Department of Fisheries and Oceans out of the Dept. of Agriculture, for the new Department to see to it that our laws and rules are followed, our corals are protected, and a few rich fishermen are prevented from totally scraping our fishing grounds to the detriment of the small fisherfolk. |
