"Law on Compensation of Victims of Human Rights Violations". This bill declares that the compensation for said victims, not exceeding US$150 Million or its equivalence in Philippine curency, shall be taken from the Marcos estate accounts amountingto US$580 Million from Swiss banks now held in escrow by the PNB.
