SHORT TITLE : Amending Pertinent Provisions Of Batas Pambansa Bilang 881 Otherwise Known As The Omnibus Election Code, As Amended
ABSTRACT : Seeks to avert the situation where the Commission of Elections will be deluged with disqualification cases as there is a wide gap between the period of filing the certificates of Candidacy (COC) (November 20-30, 2009) and the actual campaign period (March 2010) in connection with the implementation of the Automation Law on a nationwide scale for the first time in May 2010.
