| ABSTRACT : Provides that offshore contributors shall refer to Filipino migrant workers or Overseas Filipino Workers (O F Ws).Proposes that offshore contributors shall become members voluntarily and that their premium contributions shall be 50% of the applicable premium rates. The 50% balance shall be for the account and be similarly subsidized by the government. |
