| ABSTRACT : Hopes to instill in the hearts and minds of the Filipino people the democratic principles in the Constitution and inculcate in the minds of the entire citizenry, especially the youth, the great principles and sound precepts ordained in it, thus giving them the opportunity to consecrate and dedicate themselves to it and ponder its significance. |
