FULL TITLE : AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 95, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS 'AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS', AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SHORT TITLE : The Philippine National Red Cross ( P N R C) Charter Of 2009
ABSTRACT : "The Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) Charter Of 2009." Seeks to further amend the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) Charter in order to emphasize the country's commitment to the intentions and ojectives of the Geneva Convention to which the Philippines is a signatory; clarify certain provisions of the PNRC Charter in regard to its nature as a voluntary organization and its relation to the national government.
