SHORT TITLE : The Land Administration Reform Act Of 2009
ABSTRACT : "The Land Administration Reform Act Of 2009." Seeks to integrate all land administration functions currently disperswed among multiple agencies into a single agency and to enable the lands sector to contribute to economic growth and poverty alleviation.

REMARKS : On May 26, 2009, the Body approved to consider the Explanatory Note of the Bill as the sponsorship remarks on the measure. Likewise, the Body approved to insert the sponsorship speech of Rep. Zialcita into the records. The Body also terminated the period of sponsorship and debate; terminated the period of amendments; and approved the same on Second Reading.
