Envisions to strengthen the capacity and capability of the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) by giving the PSC chairman and the four commissioners a fixed four year term or one Olympic cycle with a hope that viable national sports program can be put in place and eventually win the Philippines the sought after gold medal in Olympic games.
