SHORT TITLE : Changing The Appointment Of The Environment And Natural Resources Officer From Optional To Mandatory
ABSTRACT : Aims to make mandatory the appointment of an environment and natural resources officer in provinces, cities, capital towns and first and second class municipalities to enable the local government units to directly address the problems concerning their environment and natural resources.
