| ABSTRACT : "Education Trust Fund Act". The bill defines the fund as the accumulated money deducted from GSIS and the SSS members and paid to the system for the education of their respective grantees, then paid to colleges or universities for a vocational, technical or baccalaureate program as provided in the policy contract. | |
