ABSTRACT : "Foreign Programmers' Regulation Act of 2006". The measure grants the National Telecommunication Commission the power of jurisdiction and regulation over all foreign programmers with regard to the manner, rates, terms and conditions by which they provide audio-visual content to the consuming public particularly through cable TV operators. |
