SHORT TITLE : National Strategic Missing Children Recovery Program Act
ABSTRACT : "National Strategic Missing Children Recovery Program Act". Creates a sixth sectoral panel (Sectoral Panel on Missing Children) under the Council for the Welfare of Children. The Council shall operate a missing child recovery program which shall develop effective models in locating missing children, effective methods of promoting community awareness on the problem, and programs for counseling and treating recovered children and their families.
