ABSTRACT : The measure reintroduces the Scientific Career System (SCS), a special career system that applies to permanent scientific personnel in the government with masteral and doctoral degrees in natural sciences, engineering and technology, medical sciences and agricultural sciences directly involved in research and development, laboratory works and field research. The SCS adheres to the rank concept in public service. |
