| ABSTRACT : This bill aims to give due recognition to government officials and employees who have been in the government service for more than twenty (20) years despite their meager salaries, by promoting them one grade higher at the time of their retirement. The adjusted salary grade level shall be used as the basis in computing his retirement pay. | |

Abstract
This bill aims to give due recognition to government officials and employees who have been in the government service for more than twenty (20) years despite their meager salaries, by promoting them one grade higher at the time of their retirement.
