ABSTRACT : "Philippine Plumbing Engineering Act." The bill updates the Plumbing Law of 1955 which regulates the trade of master plumber and confers licenses to high school graduates with five (5) years plumbing experience. With the advent of high-rise buildings, the demand has risen for master plumbers with engineering expertise. The bill seeks to elevate the plumbing trade to the level of professional engineering and to regulate the practice of the same. |
