ABSTRACT : Rationale: It is the intention of this bill to cure the sickness that weakens the recruitment and retention of rural health doctors by granting incentives and benefits to rural health doctors. Certainly, this will help remove the obstacle that severely impairs the successful implementation of the health programs of the government.
