"Electronic Access to Information Act" The right of every citizen to information on matters of public interest and national concern is recognized under Section 7 Article III of the Constitution. This bill requires all government agencies and instrumentaliti es to public, electronically, or post in the international network or internet, all information, contracts, agreements, rules, regulations, decisions, ordinances, circulars and other official records and documents.
