ABSTRACT : "Pilotage Service Act of 2002." It is the purpose of this proposed measure to institutionaliz e prevailing practices in pilotage services, to rationalize the Pilotage fees and other charges related to the pilotage services such as tug assistance andovertime work during nighttme and Sundays and Holidays, to define the legal relations between the harbor pilots, and pilotage organizations in a particular pilotage district with the Harbor Authorities for specific parts already established or thatmay be established from time to time by Congressional Act. | |

Abstract
"Pilotage Service Act of 2002." It is the purpose of this proposed measure to institutionaliz e prevailing practices in pilotage services, to rationalize the Pilotage fees and other charges related to the pilotage services such as tug assistance andovertime work during nighttme and Sundays and Holidays, to define the legal relations between the harbor pilots, and pilotage organizations in a particular pilotage district with the Harbor Authorities for specific parts already established or thatmay be established from time to time by Congressional Act.
