FULL TITLE : AN ACT REGULATING THE RENTAL OF CERTAIN RESIDENTAL UNITS, PROVIDING THE MECHANISMS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : “Rent Control Act of 2009.” Seeks to continue regulating the rental of dwelling after the lapse of Republic Act No. 9431 or the Rent Control Act of 2005 and providing the cap increase of rent at ten percent (10%) annually as long as the unit is occupied by the same lessee.
