ABSTRACT : “Renewable Energy Act of 2006”. The bill seeks to accelerate the development of renewable energy (RE) resources, increase the utilization of RE by institutionalizing its use and establishing a framework for the grant of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to all RE activities.
