Abstract
This proposed measure seeks to classify "fake drugs" as dangerous drugs punishable under the "Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972" as amended and its importation, manufacture, sale, administration, dispensation, delivery and distribution be classified as heinous crime, punishable by death.
