Abstract
This bill seeks to upgrade the salary grade level of public schoolteachers in the elementary and secondary schools from Grade 10 to 19; provided that the salary upgrading shall be differential in accordance with the qualifictions and length of service rendered by teachers and shall not be prejudiced by across the board salary adjustments.
