ABSTRACT : It is hereby declared under this Act that the Toll Regulatory Board shall be immediately abolished thereby repealing Section 2 of RA 1112. Upon abolition, the powers, functions and duties of the Toll Regulatory Board shall be transferred to and assumed by the Metro Manila Development Authority. |

Abstract
