FULL TITLE : AN ACT INSTITUTING REFORMS IN THE SUBDIVISION AND CONDOMINIUM BUYERS' PROTECTIVE DECREE
SHORT TITLE : The Subdivision And Condominium Buyers' Protective Decree Amendments Of 2008.
ABSTRACT : Provides, among others, for the seller to register all deeds of sale of subdivision lots and condominium units that are already paid in full; and mandates the registration by the developer of a contract to sell under an installment scheme, the registration of which would be shouldered by the buyer.
