| ABSTRACT : Seeks to prescribe the mechanisms to facilitate the disposition of government-owned lands for socialized housing, and to mandate that at least ten percent (10%) of the proceeds of the sale of government-owned lands to private individuals or entities shall be set aside for the development of socialized housing projects within, adjacent to the affected areas or in nearby areas within the city or municipality concerned. |
