FULL TITLE : AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 968, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE `PROBATION LAW' |
ABSTRACT : Section 4 of PD 968, as amended, is further amended by allowing defendant who originally is not qualified for probation because the penalty imposed by the Trial Court exceeds six (6) years, should not be denied that benefit of probation if on appealthe sentence is ultimately reduced to within the prescribed limit herein. |
