ABSTRACT : "People's Initiative to Amend the Constitution Act of 2006". The bill provides for amendments to the Constitution to be directly proposed by the people through initiative upon the petition of at least 12% of the total number of registered voters of which every legislative district must be represented by at least three (3%) percent of the registered voters therein. |
