ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to create an Inter-Agency Council who shall formulate and implement policies and programs that will ensure the security and protection of registered vendors in their respectively workplaces. > It also directs the City or Municipal Mayor to conduct a survey to identify areas that may be designated for vending purposes.
